WOD Guidance:
Today’s workout is a doozy, and will challenge your grip and heart rate more than anything. Muscle ups should be done in 3-4 sets each round, and KB swings in 2-3 sets at the beginning, but as grip fatigue sets in, try to keep in 3-4 sets. Break this one up early, and try to move smooth and steady for 15 minutes.
