Pictionary- EMOM 30 – 250m Row & :55 plank/situps (15-20). I was ready to quit around 20, core was smoked.

I was right at :55 for the row and plank/situps too. Doing it solo for 30 minutes got old real fast. I didn’t look at the clock and just kept thinking when is the timer going to buzz haha.
Haha I debated how to split it. Row was :49-:51 each round, plank was :55, and I used the sit-ups to recover a bit. Definitely would’ve been better with a partner!
Same. I figured a 1:1 would be a good strategy. Agreed that a partner would have made this one better!
Went to Open Gym today – alternated between 500m on Bike and 1″ plank, for 30 mins
