WOD Guidance:
Today our workout is a cool couplet of complimentary movements of some higher box jumps and some ring push ups. Both movements have upped the ante, so expect a solid challenge here for both jumping and pressing. Our goal should be to move smoothly through the box jumps and then get our push ups done in 3 sets or better each round.
