We made it: 17:23 rx v-ups, squats, row. Tabata of flutter kicks and pushups. Great workout and awesome cheering and music from Coach Erin at the 7am virtual!

We made it: 22ish started pouring after the 3rd round so I switched to 500m row instead of the run.
Active rest day. Did an easy hour on the C2 bike, 25.5k meters.
