Today we’ve got some more upper body pressing, just in a different plane than yesterday – some soreness will be normal, so expect kipping or jumping ring dips to be a suitable option for today. For our box jumps, lets aim for a slightly taller box than normal as the reps per set are relatively low. Even just a plate on top of your normal box height can be exactly the challenge we need to drive adaptation today. Toes to bar sets should be completed in 2-3 sets every round – expect these to slow down as hip flexor fatigue sets in from the taller box jumps.
