WOD Guidance:
Today we’re building some capacity on the rower at various distances. The rest times should give roughly a 1:1 work to rest ratio before moving on to the next distance. Find a pace we can settle in to and dial that in for each distance. Paces should slow down and become more sustainable as rowing distances go up.
