This workout is amazing in the sense that it’s relatively simple, and it’s light, so there’s nowhere to hide here. Light barbell is always a fun challenge, because it tempts you to go unbroken. Whether thats the right move or not will be up to you in the moment, but we should choose a load for each movement that we could do unbroken if asked to. If we have one movement that’s more of a weakness for us, we should base the loading on that. Runs should be 2:15 or less each round. The strategy for this is GO, you can always run faster, and then it’s “only” 30 reps inside.
