QOD: probably jelly! Even though I only have it once a year maybe, it’s still very near and dear
WOD: I pulled the road bike out for this one, and doubled the distance. 400/800/1200 meter – 4.5 miles in total which completely gassed me. No idea of time, but I know Steph & finished WAY behind everyone else because I rode too far.
QOD: chocolate!
WOD: ✅. Used the rower for the first time in a long time – felt good but definitely need to work on that engine!
