Endurance class. 4 rounds of 400m run, rest 1:1, 200m run, rest 1:1. Came in Around 22:45 I think? My distances weren’t exact but based on Runkeeper, I ran a total of 1.47 miles (rx is ~1.5 miles) at 7:42 average pace. Feeling good about that on tired legs! Plus Tabata w/ coach casey. Who side planks during the rest time. Amazing😍

QOD- Maple Walnut. It always sounds great but is inevitably disappointing after ordering.
WOD: 10:24 I think? I also stopped to change the song a few times
QOD: maple walnut- the walnuts always get soggy and weird

Took two rest days in a row this week. Tuesday and Wednesday. My body hasn’t been liking me lately. Got in today’s workout: 14:50 with step ups instead of jump roping, push press with #25 db and v-ups!
QOD- I’ve never met an ice cream I don’t like… I like them all……

14:46 – 60 singles, 25# db for the push press, switched from v-ups to regular ab mat sit-ups and did 15 instead of 10. (My back was a little tight).

QOD: neopolitan is the worst. I don’t hate any of the flavors on their own, but I literally get pissed off whenever I encounter a container of neopolitan. You can’t get a good scoop of any single flavor – and always end up with one flavor
