Climber- 36:20 w/ 1000m Row, Cindy (3 ring pull-ups/6 push-ups/9 air squats). It’s hot out there today!
QOD: Muffin top. Crunchy and sweet, what could be better?
Tabata day! Did an old Endurance workout – 4 rounds of 8 rounds of Tabata cardio. Alternated full rounds of rowing and jump rope. Plus today’s Tabata!
Qod: I believe I have both at this point in to quarantine:) #cantstopeating
Climber – 27:19 run and strict cindy. 3/2 for most pullups (some singles at end), 6/4 pushups
QOD – Muffin top, thats where all the vitamins are.
Climber w/ 5 PM ZOOM (Casey/Mick/Eddie) – 24:22, subbed double 35# db/kb bent over row for pull-ups. 1st round went unbroken for push-ups, 6/4 push ups for rounds 2 & 3.

It was so hot outside on the black mats with the sun in my eyes. I thought I was either going to throw up or pass out. I did neither, but I still don’t feel good. Hoping to make a comeback tomorrow.
