WOD Guidance:
Our last workout before this weeks open test is a cardio piece – some shorter intervals on a machine of your choice. Some variation in time domains here, but we’re looking at a 30 minute workout. If you’re feeling good, you can push the pace a bit, but you can also use this as an active recovery as well. Regardless, we’ll get a good sweat on before we throw down tomorrow!
