WOD Guidance:
Today we’re getting after some squatting! First some heavy back squats, then a burpee/wall ball workout that will test your muscle endurance. Our goal today is to make an improvement on our wall balls from the last go around – either improving the number of reps per set, or using a heavier ball when appropriate.
