HAPPY THANKSGIVING TILT V!
There are two classes today, 7:00am and 9:00am!
Dedicated to U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Severin W. Summers III, 43, of Bentonia, MS, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), headquartered at Jackson, MS, died August 2, 2009 in Qole Gerdsar, Afghanistan, after his vehicle was struck by a command wire improvised explosive device.
Summers is survived by his wife Tammy Fraser and his daughters Jessica, Shelby, and Sarah.

Today we honor hero, U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Severin W. Summers III!
We will be putting to use all of our strict pulling work we have done this month to start off this WOD.
Chip away in small sets, 1-5 at a time, depending on the difficulty of the pulling movement.
This strategy can apply to the push-ups as well, 2-5 at a time, since you will be choosing a challenging push movement.
Ending today’s workout with a 5K run is all about coming out at a smooth and steady pace, and as you are approaching the finish,
find that extra gear to honor Severin and all those who have sacrificed their lives for us to be able to hit an awesome workout and then
spend quality time with family and friends this Thanksgiving!

Saturday 11/27 – Open Gym 9am-12pm
