Today we hit another classic CrossFit “Girl” workout!
Annie is all about core endurance. Yes there are double unders sprinkled in there,
but you biggest set of 50 should be taking about :30-:40 so really this workout comes down to the sit-ups!
Pick a steady smooth set on the sit-ups in the big rounds to start the WOD, then start to pick up the pace in the last few sets!
