A couple tips to help you be succesful in that:
1. R/B/S- get your C2 up to speed quickly in the first :03-:05, as you get later in the workout, don’t lose that quick start
2. Wall Balls- breathe, breathe in as you squat down and breathe out while the ball is in the air.
