The writing is on the wall. No one is wearing sleeves on Thursday. Might as well cancel your whole freaking day. After this workout you’re going to be so juiced, primed, and generally fired up you’ll probably rip your car door right off the hinges. Also, dry scoop a double serving of protein powder for extra gains.
Athletes can choose to build on the weighted pull-ups and bench press or go across. Coaches will have mods for everythang your little heart desires.
