7am class. 18:58 with HRPU from knees, SL glute bridges, 200m row. Plus tabata and LB swings. Plus PLUS a quick catch up with Coach Casey at the end of class! ❤️
QOD: I’ve transitioned to the new names, but it wasn’t easy.
13:31 – HRPU from knees, modified run to the 50 x High knees and 25 x Mtn Climbers after each rd.
13:30 with high knees and mountain climbers instead of run! Great burner
19:14 WOD 400m row and elevated push ups and tabata. Did 12:00 and 1:00 too. Legs are smoked!
20:14 Rx reps HRPU and 200m row.

Warmed up with the tabata of the day and two others. Then 21:13 rx reps. (weighted lunges w/ #25 DB and 1 min of up-downs after each round instead of run)

Scaled this back for the sake of little time today. Did 10-8-6-4-2 but doubled the lunges, 200m row between sets. I think it was around 10:15. Got my new box from Paul Duddy. Can’t wait to use, but equally happy to help other small business’ and acquaintances make money during this time. I’ve had my ups and downs with this quarantine crap and today was definitely a down day. Looking forward to some nice weather this weekend and maybe a social distance hike with friends.

Did the workout as written, except raised pushups instead of hand-release. finished in 20:04. I wish the running was starting to feel natural again, guess its still early. Did the tabata too.
I like the mint ones and samoas.
This workout was great. Finished in 20:42, and pretty sure I ran too far as the total distance for the WOD was over 2 miles.
24:15 rx (or maybe a little more on the run like dan mentioned!). HRPU – killers the whole way!!! + tabata

QOD: when I was a Girl Scout it was all peanut butter patties, caramel Delites, etc so I still use that!
