Tabata and weekly challenge today-day off from the wod. QOD: honey buns, I don’t think I’ve had many of the others.
Did yesterday’s mobility plus today’s tabata with the sunrise.
Qod: chocolate cupcakes vs. cosmic brownies in the final…..chocolate cupcakes wins!! (Or really, I win because yum)

11:11 I think: row/bar pull ups changed to DB rows/push ups.
Followed by Tabata.
QOD: Swiss Rolls, all the way home.
Barbell work today, rest from WOD.
Build to a heavy 2: Power Clean + Power Jerk
125/145/150/155/160/165#. PC’d 170#, failed on the jerk.
QOD: Comes down to Honey Buns vs Swiss Rolls… Swiss Rolls wins!
Rest day, but stayed active. 3.5 mile dog walk and got in the Tabata.

Swapped in 100 J Jacks for first part, then PU and Push U. 14:43 all in. Rest Day tomorrow !! Keep up the great work everyone – comments on here are great to see that I’m not the only crazy one
WOD: 13:53 with a red band for pull ups. Followed along to the pre-recorded 9am class.
Followed by the Tabata and then the pre-recorded 12pm Core and Cardio class
QOD: it’s hard for me to say. It’s between oatmeal cream pies and cosmic brownies

Voyageurs: 10:05 (600m Run, 12 Pull-ups, 21 Push-ups), had a loop around my house that was just about 600m instead of 400

QOTD: Oatmeal Cream Pie.
So nice having a rower at home!!
Redwood (Mon WOD) – 7:36 @ 35#. Have a 35# DB and KB. Switched hands after 25 for the DL. Tied and stacked 2 milk crates for the step ups. Right elbow felt great with the thrusters.
QOTD – Nutty Buddy. Can’t beat chocolate and peanut butter combo.
Always forget to post tabata. Can’t remember the last time I did crunches.

11:23 RX with a 35# DB
I feel rly heavy today and like that was making me move slower than I wanted too. But got it done!
QOD: Swiss rolls for sure!
10:50 with the row, 65# bent over barbell rows, and elevated push-ups. Followed up with tabata and 2 mile walk.
QOD: I’m not a junk food person. Or do I eat this stuff. I like cheese and crackers. Fine wines. Craft IPA’s. Then we can talk.
21:30- 500m row, 12 strict ring pull-ups, 21 pushups. Pull-up slowed me down but glad to have some rowing programmed again! Tabata which was rough and Zoom mobility tonight.
QOD: I’ve only ever had oatmeal cream pies. It’s a good thing I can’t make it to a store any time soon, these snack questions sound delicious!
No WOD today. Went for a nice long walk, tabata and did some handstand holds

10:40. Row + 45# rows and Push ups. It’s been awhile since I’ve been on a rower, and I felt it.
Also all of those snacks are gross.
Forgot to post yesterday.. 12:30 but subbed out pull ups since they smoked me the other day, did vent over rows instead!
Oh and followed up the wod with the Tabata!!
