Today our Sunday workout is meant to be a bit of some interval work on a 20 minute clock. Push the pace to something uncomfortable but maintainable, and then keep the deadlifts unbroken. Make it so you need that 1:30 of rest at the end of each round. An amazing goal for this one would be 7+ rounds.
