Sunday Fundae – 35# kb and 35# db. Took my time, and then went for a 5K run.
QOTD – When I was an avid runner, Asics. Now I prefer New Balance for running. Reebok for CF.
Ran a half mile in the morning with one of my pups to get him used to running with me.

QOD: Pre-Crossfit Nike. Now Nano’s all the way. No idea why but I can only string together DUs with my Nano’s.
Rebecca and I hiked up towards Mt Lafayette today. Stopped at Greenleaf Hut as weather (rain and wind) was not great for hitting the summit. 6 miles, over 2000’ of elevation gain. Good day.
Did Saturday’s workout as a partner workout with Greg. Clock went out in the middle of the workout. Rowed the miles.
