Today we have the “original” bike erg workout. This was the first workout that started making the rounds once the bike erg was released back in 2018 – it’s simple, but the short rest makes this once spicy once you get mid way through. Push the pace as much as you can, and try to keep RPMs around the same level the whole workout.
