What is the best New England summer destination?
Sundae Fundae – ✅ (35# db) didn’t track number of air squats or snatches each round, but did 20 sit ups per round, hollow hold arms at side, and all movements were unbroken.
QOTD – Lake Winnipesaukee
Sundae Fundae: 30-33 squats per round; 35# kb hold; 14-16 snatches per round with 30#db; 22 sit-ups. Followed WOD up with 3.75 mile walk…

Rest day but did go to Hopkinton State Park in the morning for a walk. Well over 10k steps for the day!

QOD: Stowe. I know it’s a ski area but nothing beats VT in the summer.
