Sundae Fundae – ✅. Limited cardio while up here on an island on Winnipesaukee. Alternated between mt. climbers and jumping jacks. Plank from hands, and 45 sec wall sit. Nice Sunday workout to just move.

Woke up, did a 45 min ride on the Peloton. Did all my meal prepping. Completed the Sundae Funday. Enjoyed a family dinner at the Fixx, indoors as a last meal together before Kayla moves out! :'(
