Happy Father’s Day gents and those moms wearing both mom and dad hats.
Father’s Day workout with 22 yr old daughter directing: 2 rounds of 45secs of flutter kicks, russian twists, v-ups and reverse burpees, with 15 sec rest between each, with a 1-3/4 ride at the start and end of the workout. Definite gut buster.
QOTD: Scoops convert. Makes it so much easier.
