Had to do my workout earlier than class times. Did Tuesday’s Warlocked. 11:26 rx reps with 20# DB. Good burn!

Taking a much needed rest day today! I’m not sure when I took one over the past two weeks!
Sunday’s WOD – 10 +6 (30 singles/20 reverse lunges/10 35# single arm row). Nice little warm up for a day of yard work.
QOTD – cookies and cream.
30 singles/20 reverse lunges/10 inverted bar pull ups. Jumping lunges not happening after splitting wood yesterday. Followed by spreading 7 yards of mulch and splitting the final pieces of wood and stacking
3+50, 3+30, 3 rds. for the WOD.

Accidentally fell off the posting to the blog wagon this week haha But still have been working out and getting in some mobility! Worked out three times this week to give my body a little more of a break than I’ve been giving it since quarantine.. I’ll get back on the wagon this week! Got in today’s WOD and tabata!
