WOD Guidance:
There are a couple ways you can attack this workout. If you want to work on your grip strength and barbell cycling,
you can keep the barbell lighter and try to hang on to the bar for the entire complex. If you want to make it more of a strength day,
strategically break up the movements into sets to allow you to build on the barbell across the rounds.
