You will be ready for beach season 2022 after today! Hitting a little lower body, core and upper body today.
The KB weight should be something you could do unbroken when you are fresh since we are not going overhead today.
For the weighted sit-ups, you can anchor the feet, but hold the weight behind your head for an added challenge in the sit-ups.
Don’t be fooled by the ring rows, high volume ring rows will challenge your lats and biceps, the pump will be real!
