I live my life a quarter mile at a time…
Slow down Dom because today we are running two miles. Also, we are lifting heavy so let’s spend some time on the barbell before the workout so we have some weight on the bar when we come in from the run.
Let’s pace out the first mile, hit something heavy for a Sunday in October, and blast the final mile.
