Today we have a gnarly leg endurance piece. The goal here is to hold a quick but not maximal pace on the first bike, and unbroken set of thrusters, and then a sprint on the bike to finish. You should have :60-:90 to rest each round, so adjust calories, reps, and loading accordingly and enjoy!
