WOD Guidance-
Choose a weight you can go unbroken on each movement throughout the entire 10 minutes.
When you’re resting today, rest between movements, not in the middle of a set.
Lunges are 10 TOTAL (1 Lunge Right + 1 Lunge Left = 2 Reps)
