Started with a 53# KB for the cleans but my left shoulder is still bruised from using it for cleans on Friday! Switched to KB swings for the 4 reps.

Rest day. Did a ton of spring cleaning with the whole family. Found some cool stuff from all our childhoods while in the attic. Cleaned bathrooms. Cleaned beds. Sheets. Comforters. Then did the two minute burpee challenge. I was done about 45 seconds in. Got 31. I guess that’s a good baseline for the future!
