Today we’re getting after another classic CrossFit benchmark – this one will be a longer workout for sure. Choose box heights and wall ball loadings that will allow for smooth and mostly unrboken sets. Runs should be done in roughly 2:00 or less, so adjust distance as needed to allow this. Find a solid pace and get after this one!
