I ended up riding 10 miles outside today on the road bike. Good sweat day!
3.75 mile run, double Tabata of weighted sit-ups and Russian twists.
Subbed rowing for running. 95# front squats.
Probably slower than I could have been on all movements but focusing on better rowing and front squat techniques.
