An incredible partner workout to end the week. Some moderate distance rowing, box jump overs, and toes to bar that you can split with a homie! Shorter row efforts, like 250m, should work well to keep you going here. From there, sets of 5-15 on the box jumps and toes to bar should have you and your partner going back and forth pretty smooth. You don’t need to split this evenly so if you and your buddy are good with making a deal, then thats fine by us!
