Simple and brutally elegant. Not a barbell in sight today folks – all you need are your running shoes, some friends, and a can do attitude. Today is another one of our mixed modal aerobic pieces where the goal is constant movement the entire time. Choose a burpee BJO pace that allows you to move consistently the whole time and get back out on your run at a solid pace.
