WOD Guidance:
A nice grind to close out the week – we’ve got decreasing distance and reps, but each decrease, the difficulty of the burpee increases. Three different variations will challenge our motor and pulling capacity as we move through today, but the descending scheme should allow us to keep moving nice and smooth and maybe even speed up towards the end.
