I’ve been rly off this past week. Only worked out 2 or 3 times, so not having to rush and being able to get a good workout in today was my main goal.
Did yesterday’s WOD: 5:42 RX w/ 53# KB
Followed by Tabata.
Followed by functional fitness the rest of the day while packing up my entire house!
Wanted to run 2.23 yesterday but ran out of time, so I did it today with my son Tyler. Ran 2.86 miles and it was snowing.
Endurance WOD – 9:17 for 2500m row, 250m, 1 min rest. 1 hr recovery, followed by virtual beer mile. 🍺
QOTD – I’m partial to Jerry. My wheelhouse before I started CF.
Clean and Jerk work then endurance partner 5k row.

Endurance class followed by the Olympic Weightlifting class. Thanks coach Eddie for a good morning of fitness. Also did 7 rounds of 5 tempo front squats (5 down, 1 sec at bottom) every 2 min.

Whenever I feel like I’m not in the mood to work out, Tabatas always seem to lessen the blow of the word “workout”…🤷🏻♀️ Picked a few movements and got in 24 minutes of tabata style work today. Glad I moved my body!
Okay I didn’t technically do a wod today but I have been on my feet since 8:30am at the grocery store, cleaning the house (including the dreaded fridge!) and organizing our nephew’s end-of-first-semester-of-college’s celebration. Not a workout but I’m exhausted. Hope it counts:)
Took a much needed rest day, celebrated Julia’s graduation from UMaine!
QOD: So many good ones, so many heroes. How do I pick? i’m humbled to do them, scaled or not… Dork is a top 10. Tarantino, Victoria, the list is quite vast, sadly.

Endurance class – 10K Bike w/ Partner (Ashley) – I think we came in around 21:20
Virtual Beer Mile today – so much fun even though I DQ’s myself!!
Oops I forgot to comment. I did the recorded WOD ..good one. Long one. 20 minutes FELT long Saturday anyway and then did Tabata time. Stomach muscles still sore from third v ups.
