There will be NO YOGA or CLASS this Sunday. We will be following the 24 HEROES workout schedule hourly.
The LAST CLASS on Monday will be Murph at 9AM.
There will be no 10:30 Kids Fitness, 12PM Core&Cardio, 1PM HIIT/Sculpt, 4PM Mobility or 5PM Class.
