Thought I was pacing it right, fell off a bit around round 13. My heart rate would peak around my 4th burpee from the thrusters. I will try this one again in a few months.
Skipped the regular class today for Endurance. Partner WOD, 6 rounds of 1000m row. Partnered virtually with Brian (Sorry James!). My rows: 3:55, 3:57, 4:02 or around there.

Then did the weightlifting class with Eddie. That was awesome. Followed that up with a trip to Mighty Squirrel for some Cloud Candy, Chicken & Rice at the food truck and the Whoopie Pie Truck!
