Bulletproof Back with Casey! AMQRAP 12 = completed 4 rounds w/ 26# KB. Then into 20 reps of knees to stand (w/ 15# DB; rest 1:30; 20 knees to stand – time of 4:10
Endurance class – was able to stay between 22-23 cals for the 2:00 mins on Bike; Core was 2 of each – sit-ups, leg lifts, planking with shoulder taps.
QOD: Scooby Dooooo – LOL – ENJOY the nice weather everyone!
6 rounds with 45 barbell and step up and downs for burpees .. great workout
Rest day but did the 500m for time challenge I doing with Tom. Managed a 1:33 time! Went out too hot even though I told myself not to.
First 250m – 1:28 pace
250-350m – 1:28-1:30
Last 150m – Slowly dropped off to 1:40

Deadlifts – lifting and moving 45 pieces of wood from a tree that was cut down so they could be split. Then split said wood with 8 lb maul, 10lb sledgehammer and an axe. About 4 hours of work.
500m row cash out to use gym equipment so I could call it a WOD. 🙂
