Chief spin-off today! This workout is all about the speed you can move through your rounds, so choose a barbell weight you can go unbroken, same deal for the push-ups, and push those air squats. Your goal for the workout is to set a number of rounds and reps in the first AMRAP and then try to match that score every AMRAP after!
