WOD Guidance:
Classic 1:00 stations today. Your goal for the workout
is to set a number for each movement in the first round and hold those numbers across!
The power snatch should be light-moderate weight you can do steady single reps with.
Choose a hard pulling movement for you and move through with small sets, 3-5 reps at a time.
The R/B/S don’t be afraid to push the pace slightly since you have the rest minute right after,
set an aggressive number and try to hang on to it!
