WOD Guidance:
Good chunk of running today! Keep a steady consistent pace on the runs that allow you to get right to the Push-ups and Wall Balls
There will be lots of interference with the Push-Ups and wall balls, so make sure of two things:
1. Break up your push-ups early and often
2. Legs do the work to get the wall ball to the target, the arms are just guiding the ball there.
