Today you have 3 rounds on the rower or the bike. The goal for this workout is to have the pace
be very similar for all three rounds. So that means treating your first row/bike as a buy-in, not trying to PR
your 1K row to start off the workout!
High volume of wall balls today. The weight you choose should be something you are doing 10+ reps at a time!
