WOD Guidance:
Buckle up for this one because it’s going to be a wild ride…some would say like a roller coaster…
The very first roller coasters were ice slides made in Russia in the 17th century. These structures were made of ice with wooden supports. Riders would use sleds to slide down the icy tracks, creating an early form of the thrill ride.
Athletes should pick a plate they feel comfortable doing large sets of lunges with.
A good modification for newer athletes would be running without the plate and bringing down the number of lunges.
