WOD Guidance:
Today someone else’s name lives on through your effort. Hero workouts are an incredibly unique and amazing part of the CrossFit program. These workouts are designed to test you mentally and physically and this workout Bert will do both of those things.

Today embrace the challenge and instead of saying how much burpees suck recognize how fortunate you are to do burpees and to do them around people you love and care about.

Today is a perfect day to not worry about the clock and let your effort speak for itself.
