30:20 (.85 mile run + 75 burpees; .5 mile run + 50 burpees; .25 mile run + 25 burpees). Runs were good, burpees felt sllloooowww with emphasis on the “ow.”

38:42 vested. Runs were 1600, 1200, 600m as that’s what I had marked. Loved that wod! Tabata and worked on HS holds

30:52 – On burpee 137 my mom told me to get my ass of the pavement and to stop embarrassing myself .. so I did!
Great WOD! 8 years to the day – miss ya ma dukes!
WOD: 29:15 with a weighted vest. Scaled the burpees down to 75/35/15 but was super pumped I did my mile in 8:12 with a vest on.
Participated in the 11am Olympic lifting class. That was so fun and definitely a favorite of mine. Used 85# on the front squats, 65# on the clean pull and got up to 125# on the complex (clean pull, HPC, FS).
Followed this up with the Tabata
