Thruster- Odd Object Thruster, Air Thruster (thumbs on shoulders, squat+stand+press arms up), Push Press, Push Ups, Squat Jumps, Air Squat
Double Unders- :30 Time Domain, Single Unders, Jumping Jacks, Line Hops, Double Tap Drill, Row/Bike/Ski
