DL 475# x 1, 455# x 2, 425# x 3 — hadn’t done conventional deadlifts at a heavyish weight since October so I’ll take it.
Normal pre/rehab after class
2+78 – 20# WB/24” BJO/75# HPC/10 RR, rehabbing my right elbow tendonitis so I wanted to go lighter than normal on barbell and off the rig for PU.
