I did this at home. Only made it to ten. Couldn’t make it to the parking lot!!! But still did it!

9+8 @ 95# I haven’t cleaned a BB in ages so I didn’t want to over reach. I think this was still too heavy – form was two thumbs down. Very hitchy, full of pauses.

I’ll take all this. Got a little concussion yesterday so nothing felt awesome. As soon as I got winded I got insanely dizzy and headachey.
Hype Man: Barry. He used to chant U-C-F at me and yell do it for the Knights during warm ups… he also tells jokes while you’re lifting. Total package.
